On 15th of March Napoleon Bonaparte Historical event is starting. You must complete all quests by 20th of March and as reward you will receive a portrait of Napoleon Bonaparte and a new building in the Baroque Garden style: Royal Marble Gateway – it provides coins and an attack boost.

| 5 | To build on the dominance of France further, Napoleon began waging war against all European states in 1799. He defeated the Austrian army in 1805 and the Russian-Austrian army in the same year. |

| 6 | Napoleon set his sights on England. But his French-Spanish fleet was severely defeated by Admiral Nelson in 1805, so he gave up on his plans to invade England. His new plan was to set up a trade embargo against England to force them to surrender. |

| 7 | The embargo on England never took effect as goods arrived in England through Russia. So Napoleon decided to lead his army towards Russia. In 1812 he began his campaign against Russia with 600,000 men. |

| 8 | The Russian troops avoided all engagements as Napoleon marched into Russia allowing Napoleon to reach Moscow without resistance. However, the Russians burned down the city, which forced the French army to retreat without supplies. |

| 9 | While retreating, the weakened French soldiers were attacked by Russian army. They sustained such heavy losses that only 100,000 men were able to return home. |

| 10 | Europe defied Napoleon’s dominance. He had to face a coalition army of Russian, Prussian, Austrian and British soldiers. He suffered another defeat and was exiled to Elba in 1814. |
